My T.O.S

I own the right to post/share any art drawn on my portfolio and social media unless specifically agreed upon with the commissioner not to.

50% of the payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% after the sketch is approved.
Commissions $10 or under will be fully paid upfront.

Specify pose, design, and all you want from the art before the sketch, as once I start, only small changes are able to be made. If you are unsure, ask me to send thumbnails first.

The sketch is open to be edited as many times as needed, though these edits do not include changes that would require it to be fully redrawn. Edits to the final drawing are also allowed under the same conditions.

Art that is intended for commercial purposes (prints, keychains, etc that will be sold) will have a 40% tax on each product sold

Art intended for projects and not personal use (talk sprites, logos, etc) have a price increase of 20%
These are not allowed to be sold commercially without the prior stipulation.

I can deny any commission offer I want, while I will usually provide an explanation, I am not required to do so.

My art is not allowed to be changed, edited, used to train AI or any form of use outside of what is discussed when purchasing. If it is found out you have, you will be blacklisted from future commissions, as well as reported if the situation so calls for it.

Designs are allowed to be used for commercial or project use with proper credit, however there is no extra charge is this is what you plan to do. The art I draw of said design still falls under the prior stipulations.
